ELEMENTS FOR KILKENNY
Quality and simplicity are the key factors in the Elements Collection for Kilkenny. The main concept was the idea of enriching the experience of eating by simplifying it, paring it down to what is essential, focusing on the textures and forms without unnecessary distraction and formulated as a total collection. |

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT - work in progress
The Studio is currently designing a collection of glassware and ceramics for an Irish Giftware Company. There are two ranges in the collection: one, inspired by 19th century and early 20th century glass and ceramics which has a fresh and modern approach and the other, is a pared down contemporary range, hand made and tactile.

QVC
The Pat McCarthy Home Collection for the QVC shopping channel was designed for the American market and developed in collaboration with five Irish manufacturing companies including Duiske Glass, Irish Table Top Group, Weave O’ The Irish, West End Knitwear and Blarney Stone. This was the first time that an Irish designer created a range especially for QVC. This range included ceramics, glassware, bed linen, table linen and lamps. |
